Our Story
Sumy Designs was founded in 2006 by two sisters, Susan Sullivan and Amy Masson. Before starting the agency, Susan was an advertising and marketing director at a large publishing firm, while Amy taught computer technology to middle school students.
After leaving those careers, a friend asked us to build a website for her hair salon. We said yes. A friend of hers saw the site and asked us to make one for her. We said yes again. What started as a favor has grown into a thriving, long-lasting web design agency that we are both incredibly proud of.

Susan is our designer, the creative force behind every project. She brings the vision and skill it takes to craft custom, beautiful websites tailored to each client. Amy is our technical expert, ensuring every website functions flawlessly behind the scenes.

Elise Nester
Elise is in charge of helping clients with website support and maintenance requests including plugin and theme changes, content updates, general troubleshooting, and more.
Andrea Fick
Andrea is in charge of managing all client digital marketing for Sumy Designs. This includes pay-per-click campaigns, Facebook ads, email marketing, as well as search engine optimization.
